Women@IM encourages dialogue about the impact of diversity on our business and offers
professional development opportunities through networks, role modeling and mentoring
relationships. We are committed to inspiring women to reach their full potential by
supporting and encouraging women throughout the organization.
Veterans@IM provides a forum for military veterans, retirees, reservists, National Guard
and their supporters. Veterans@IM provides employees with networking opportunities and
they focus attention on the contributions that military veterans make to the community
and the workplace. Veterans@IM strives to help new employees identify with Iron Mountain’s
value and culture.
Black Colleagues@IM provides support and encouragement to Iron Mountain’s diverse
employee base, and fosters an inclusive work environment by facilitating dialogue about
diversity issues. As well as assisting with recruiting and onboarding diverse talent, Black
Colleagues@IM provides networking and mentorship opportunities to support employee
development. This group creates opportunities for community involvement and encourages personal growth, teamwork and a sense of community.
LGBTA@IM is committed to empowering and supporting, a welcoming, respectful and inclusive
culture where Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Mountaineers and their allies
can feel valued, connected and safe to be their true selves. We believe that our differences
should be celebrated and that an inclusive culture inspires creativity, innovation and will
encourage each of us to reach our full potential and do amazing work together.
Millennials@IM encourages dialogue across generations to educate the business about hiring, engaging and retaining millennials. We are committed to motivate millennials to network, grow their skillsets and careers by offering professional development opportunities.
