Tom Barnett has many years of experience managing Electronic Discovery Client and Consulting Services. He was Special Counsel at a leading law firm where he was responsible for the eDiscovery and compliance departments. He was a co-author and a member of the editorial board of the Sedona Conference Principles on Electronic Document Production and he serves on the Advisory Board and is a faculty member of the Georgetown University Law Center Advanced E-Discovery Institute; the E-Discovery Expert Witness Directory Committee; the Board of Editors of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model Project, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. Mr. Barnett has authored a large number of articles, whitepapers and treatises on electronic discovery and data management and is considered one of the leading experts in the field. Mr. Barnett is a graduate of the Cornell Law School where he served on the Board of Editors of the Cornell Law Review.

Sanjeev Srivastav manages the eDiscovery operations for the hosted Iron Mountain Legal Discovery service and eVantage on-premises software. He has many years of experience managing all aspects of eDiscovery service on over 1,000 projects for a wide variety of customer segments, matter types, and covering all aspects of the EDRM framework. He is actively involved in working with large enterprise and law-firm clients in the design of some of the largest document review and hosting projects worldwide, with teams supporting operations in North America, EMEA, and APAC. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and has a strong background in technologies related to unstructured data management, search technologies, and cloud-based service delivery.
