Streamline your customer imaging commitments
Partner With the Most Trusted Name in Document Management Solutions
Like many service organizations today you probably have customers who
require scanning services at multiple facilities across the country or around the
world. These requirements may necessitate building scanning facilities near
your customer locations to satisfy their imaging requirements or spending
thousands of dollars to ship customers' valuable documents to your centralized
scanning center.
Iron Mountain can streamline your customer imaging commitments while
eliminating your need to build remote facilities, make capital investments, or
ship customer documents via common carrier to meet customer expectations.
With our global presence, we can provide scanning services in virtually every
Iron Mountain location, further eliminating your need for additional staffing,
training, and management. We can help you provide a secure, reliable,
convenient, and cost effective solution to meet your customers' distributed
imaging needs while maintaining a secure chain of custody.
Our imaging centers are scalable, and we continue to add new locations to meet
our customers' expanding needs. Iron Mountain also allows you to private label
these offerings for your customers and internal users.
