You can set access permissions based on criteria such as department or job role. You can also define field requirements so that users enter specific information about records sent to offsite storage in your own terminology. You'll have tools to ensure all required information is entered before records are sent offsite, ensuring compliance with your policy and 'findability' when records need to be retrieved or placed on Legal Hold.

Shredding Center

Your online connection to compliant shredding services. Manage your shred activities by viewing your scheduled visits and pending shredding orders at your convenience. You can also make shredding requests, add a new location, close an existing location, or change frequency of service via Shredding Center's online request form.

Escrow Management
