Colocate with Confidence. Protect What Matters Most.
Looking for data center capacity for six+ cabinets (30+ kilowatts) with more flexibility and privacy than a standard locking cabinet? Consider Iron Mountain secure data center cages.
Secure cages provide additional physical security layer in the form of data center cage fencing. The standard data center cage material is rigid metal for optimal protection, but can be modified - along with cage-door access denial technology - to address customer specifications (e.g. FSI, DoD, etc.).
Data center cage power pricing is either metered or by-the-circuit, depending on total contracted capacity. Customers are able to secure expansion space within their cage perimeter by opting to have it function as "right of first refusal" or "ROFR" space. This option provides maximum security and efficiency by way of contiguous expansion. Iron Mountain customers can request customized cage security features such as dedicated CCTV cameras, fencing materials and other elements, providing increased flexibility and control.
Is your company highly regulated? Enjoy peace of mind knowing our secure data center cages, processes, and procedures have undergone extensive auditing thereby strengthening and streamlining your regulatory process. Our team will earn your trust and gather a comprehensive list of requirements to ensure successful project completion. Other benefits include the cost-efficiency of consumption-based (metered) power, the transparency of DCIM, layout/term flexibility, and rapid commissioning.
Secure data center cages are offered at Iron Mountain's Boston, Western Pennsylvania, and Kansas City data centers.
