CUSTOMER ALERT
Alert for Chicago Area: Plan Ahead to avoid disruptions prior to May 20th NATO Event
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Summit will be hosted in Chicago from Sunday, May 20th to Monday, May 21st. We want to proactively alert you of traffic disruptions and congestion that will affect Iron Mountain services. The NATO meeting site will be McCormick Place located on the lakefront with events hosted throughout the downtown region.
What to Expect:
With more than 7,500 dignitaries and delegates arriving, representing some 50-80 countries, demonstrations and road closures are to be expected. While we do not anticipate demonstrations or protests at or near Iron Mountain Facilities, it is difficult to calculate the impact in advance. Increased security, traffic disruptions, and congestion along with potential road closures will affect our ability to provide the service you have come to expect from Iron Mountain.

We will update this alert to reflect any changing conditions that become available, as the event nears.
