We are making good progress and are resuming operations out of our facility in New Castle, Delaware. The damage sustained in a severe storm/tornado that passed through the area is being addressed as efficiently as possible keeping safety and security at the forefront of these efforts. The areas of the building that sustained the heaviest damage have been stabilized and repairs to the roof are underway.

Please be advised that the entire island of Puerto Rico is experiencing heavy rains and severe conditions due to Hurricane Erika.

As a result, Iron Mountain is currently experiencing service delays or closures across the entire PR market as follows:

  • Thursday, August 27, 2015: Early Closure at 3pm EST
  • Friday, August 28, 2015: Delayed Opening
