Patty Sulli
Account Manager Film & Sound East

"I can't wait to get with my client base and get out there and represent the company!"

Please join us in welcoming Patty Sulli as the new Account Manager at Film & Sound East. Eager, enthusiastic and driven, Patty is looking forward to her new role as Account Manager. Patty comes to Film & Sound with experience in both customer relations and business development. Total customer satisfaction is not just an Iron Mountain core value but a way of "business life" to Patty. This exceptional young lady is perfect for the job. When asked about her position with Film & Sound, Patty responded without hesitation - "I'm honored to be part of Iron Mountain and proud to represent Film & Sound. We treat our clients the way we would like to be treated" she said "and to represent a company with such a vision and mission…again, it's an honor to be a part of this."

Rebecca Breedlove
Customer Service Associate Film & Sound West

"I see our department as being the most efficient it can be at Iron Mountain, and I can't wait to lead us further in that direction."

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Breedlove to Customer Service Associate at Film & Sound West. Rebecca started her career with Iron Mountain in Renton, Washington in 2003, later transferring to Film & Sound in 2006. Rebecca is responsible for the Customer Service and Data Entry Departments at Film & Sound West. Cohesion, total customer satisfaction and uniformity are her goals.

"We are expanding and as we expand I can see us growing into a department that's based on teamwork and total customer satisfaction. After all, that's what Iron Mountain is about, the customer." When asked about her promotion, true to form she responded "I believe it's a good move for me. I enjoy the challenges that have been given in the past and look forward to making our Customer Service Department more unified."

Jody Hunsberger
Data Entry Specialist

After assisting the Data entry effort in PA as a temp for several months Jody Hunsberger was hired as a Data Entry Specialist in November of 08. Jody has been an integral part of the Xepa PA team and continues to improve our data entry, customer service and standardization efforts from within the Xepa Studios group. We are happy to finally welcome Jody to the team. Her diligence and attention to detail are greatly appreciated.

Adam Boose
Studio Engineer

Adam has been a part of the family several times as an Audio Engineer. He was employed under the original independent Xepa Studios structure and has returned several times since then as an independent contractor when needed during high-volume work periods. Due to growth and a long-term need for highly qualified people, Adam has finally joined the IMF&S team as a Studio Engineer for Xepa. His present focus is on special projects.
