Acquisition Broadens Footprint in the Northeast Region for Market Leader Already Serving the 5 Major Studios and Top 5 Recording Labels

Boston, MA - As the world's pre-eminent repository for priceless film and sound assets, Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the leader in outsourced records and information management services, today announced the expansion of its Film & Sound archives services with the acquisition of Little Falls, NJ-based, All-Media Storage, Inc., a regional leader in film and video storage and distribution. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This acquisition expands Iron Mountain’s Film & Sound archiving services in the Northeast market and extends its reach into small- and medium-sized production houses and studios. Iron Mountain currently counts among its customers the 5 major film studios and top 5 music recording labels. The Company’s Film & Sound division operates in all of the primary markets including Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Toronto, London, Paris and Vancouver, as well as secondary markets like Miami, Atlanta and Chicago.

All-Media Storage provides a wide range of film and video services for television syndicators and distributors, broadcasters, laboratories, studios, editing houses, production companies, and in-house corporate audio-visual departments. Additionally, the company specializes in storing and preserving original television commercial elements.
