Enhanced Performance of the Stratify Legal Discovery™ Service Drives eDiscovery Efficiencies and Cost Reductions
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, Nov. 12, 2008 – Stratify, Inc. a

significant performance improvements to the Stratify Legal Discovery
v8.0 service that enable general counsel and outside legal counsel to
more efficiently handle fast-breaking investigations and optimize
document review.
The Stratify Legal Discovery service, a market leading hosted
electronic discovery solution, can now process more than 750,000

case assessment and faster, more efficient review. In addition, the

investigations and litigation, and Stratify’s throughput and concept
organization improvements will enable us to do more for less, without
sacrificing quality” states Brian Gaff, attorney in the Intellectual
Property Practice Group at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP.
“These performance improvements to the Stratify Legal Discovery service
will allow us to optimize the efficiency of our review and reduce the
overall cost of eDiscovery.”

combined with the ongoing growth of Stratify’s data centers, increase
Stratify’s overall data processing capacity by 300-400 percent. The
data processing capabilities of the Stratify Legal Discovery service
include culling, filtering, de-duplication, document indexing and
automatic concept organization for European as well as multi-byte
languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean and more As a global
eDiscovery leader with more than 500 completed matters and in excess of
250 matters under active project management, these enhanced
capabilities continue Stratify’s history of consistently introducing
new, advanced capabilities into the eDiscovery market to increase the
quality of review and reduce the cost of eDiscovery.
“The performance improvements bear witness to Stratify’s commitment
to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery solution to
