Our Path to a Resilient and Responsive Business.
Iron Mountain’s corporate responsibility goals guide our journey to securing a more sustainable future, addressing the material issues most important to our stakeholders and conducting our business in a way that ensures a prosperous future for all.
We set 20 ambitious public ESG goals in 2021 in order to hold ourselves accountable for the impact of our operations. Below is a snapshot of four of these goals. A complete list of our goals and an overview of our progress can be found in our annual Corporate Responsibility Report.

These pillars ensure our approach to corporate responsibility is inclusive of our communities, our environment, our customers, and our people.
PROTECTING OUR PLANET GOALS

Achieve Net Zero emissions by 2040.

Achieve 90% renewable electricity corporate wide by 2025.
EMPOWERING OUR PEOPLE GOALS

By 2025, women will represent 40% of global leadership (director and higher) and people who identify as BIPOC will represent 30% of US leadership (director and higher).
