In September 2015, Iron Mountain launched LGBTA@IM – our new Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally Employee Resource Group (ERG) that aims to provide visibility for LGBT employees and empower an inclusive culture where all Mountaineers and their allies can feel valued, connected and safe to be their true selves, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
At Iron Mountain, we believe that our differences should be celebrated and that an inclusive culture inspires creativity and innovation. LGBTA@IM will lead advocacy for LGBT equality in the workplace and encourage each of us to reach our full potential and do amazing work together.
