Recycling Kingpin Sentenced to Federal Prison for e-Waste Disposal Fraud

Brian Brundage, CEO of now-defunct processor Intercon Solutions, has been sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay $1.28 million in restitution for E-waste disposal fraud and tax evasion crimes.  Brundage was sentenced in a downtown Chicago courtroom last month after pleading guilty last fall.  This story underscores the importance of using reputable ITAD vendors.
