What we do today is tomorrow’s history. Every day, there’s about 2.5 quintillion bytes of data created. The volume of information and the ever larger variety of its formats poses new questions when deciding what should be kept and for how long. The world of archiving has evolved and there’s some misconception of what it looks like.
