Chris Whitaker, PhD, MBA, CRM, IGP is a Principal in Iron Mountain’s Professional Services organization. Chris has been in Document Management/Records and Information Management for more than 20 years working for companies such as Iron Mountain and Xerox Corporation. He has partnered with numerous global organizations to mitigate risk and reduce costs for managing information through the development and implementation of best practice IG/RIM programs. His work in this area spans multiple industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing and Retail.
