Shawn Brazeau

Shawn A. Brazeau joined the Iron Mountain Intellectual Property Management (IPM) team in 2012 as an Enterprise Executive with a focus on SEC and CFTC compliance. He works closely with clients in helping them understand the specific requirements of SEC 17a-4 and as well as 17 CFR 1.31. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Brazeau spent a number of years in banking before shifting to technology. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
