About the new version
Iron Mountain has enhanced our Iron Mountain Connect Records Management online application based on customer feedback. Throughout the year, customers will upgrade to the new version, which includes:
- A new look and feel that is workflow driven and removes extra mouse clicks where possible
- Enhanced search capabilities that include advanced searching and multi-box searching
- Optimized workflows (step-by-step click-throughs) for ordering records pickups and retrievals and ordering supplies
- Web browser support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (IE9), IE11 and Google Chrome 48
Iron Mountain is committed to making the upgrade process as simple as possible for our customers. You will be notified via pop-up messages on Iron Mountain Connect Records Management at least 30 days before your company is scheduled to upgrade. Tutorials and learning materials are available on Iron Mountain Connect to prepare you for new version of Iron Mountain Connect Records Management. Account managers are also available to assist you.
