Colocate with confidence

AZP-2 is a hyperscale-ready data center powered by 100% renewable energy. It offers potential customer space of 547,000 ft2 and 48 MW of max IT load at full build-out. The data center is in a 39-acre campus just 10 minutes east of downtown Phoenix–one of the lowest risk U.S. metros for natural disasters–and offers exceptional levels of energy-efficiency with PUE as low as 1.2.

It is connected via a 100 Gbit/s dark fiber ring with two other Iron Mountain facilities – AZP-1 (on the same campus) and AZS-1 in Scottsdale, creating a raft of ready-to-go carrier and cloud connectivity options, with a range of services and Uptime Tier III certification for documented reliability.

Why choose AZP-2?

AZP-2 is hyperscale-ready, with 21,000 ft2 data halls with up to 6MW capacity each, delivering any density required. Whatever your needs, AZP-2 can provide the space, design and standards you need.
