While we recognize that some areas and businesses are easing restrictions on access to commercial facilities, the highest priority in our approach toward access to our data centers remains the health and safety of our frontline employees, customers, and contractor personnel who work in our facilities. We are therefore taking a measured approach in relaxing the operational changes that we have recently implemented to reduce the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus while at our data centers, as well as the uninterrupted operation of our data centers.

Please know that it is not our goal to unreasonably restrict or prevent access to our facilities. Our primary goal is to match foot traffic (customers, employees, contractors) as closely as possible with local conditions and our cleaning protocols in order to ensure as safe an environment as possible.

As the situation evolves, we will continue to adjust procedures as deemed prudent and to communicate changes to our response to COVID-19 through email to the assigned point of contact(s) and post these messages in our Customer Portal.
