Jen Grimaudo

Jen Grimaudo has been with Iron Mountain for 25 years and is the Director of Sustainability. To ensure Iron Mountain is responding to increasing regulatory and stakeholder expectations related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks and sustainability initiatives, Jen and her team work across the organization to help business units and functional leaders implement business-positive solutions.  

Collaboration is key to success for sustainability programs. Jen is a member of the Greenbiz Executive Network and participates in membership activities with Sustainable Brands, Clean Energy Buyers Alliance, and The Climate Group. Jen also serves on the Board for the Iron Mountain Charitable Foundation and Richard Reese Employee Relief Fund, which both provide support to Iron Mountain employees and their families after unexpected crisis events.
