Bill Morey:
My name is Bill Morey. I work in the legal operations group at Oracle. I head up the information governance group, as well as records management.

Mollie Taggart:
I'm Mollie Taggart. I'm the Iron Mountain Records Manager on site at Oracle. And at Oracle, I am the Senior Information Governance and Records Program Supervisor.

Bill Morey:
Our RIM program is primarily outsourced. My staff is, with the exception of... I have two employees in India and one employee in the US. But otherwise, all of our operational staff are in the US and they're all Iron Mountain's. Mollie Taggart is our embedded Iron Mountain supervisor.

Mollie Taggart:
We do tons of stuff. We work with Bill on special projects, a lot of things like legacy records, doing inventory projects all over the world to find out what those records are so that we can assign them retention codes. We do a lot of cleanup projects to make sure that that information all is actually mapped to the correct retention code and make sure everything's accurate. And 50 years from now, when I'm gone, everybody knows what's in the database and what those records are because of what our descriptions are.

Bill Morey:
Having Iron Mountain staffing in general is extremely helpful to have people that are trained and experienced in records management specific tasks and systems and processes. And in the case of the Oracle environment, we have many systems that are Iron Mountain provided, like Accutrac, like our tape management system, like policy center system. Having folks that speak that language and have lived it and breathed it already is a huge advantage.

Mollie Taggart:
If Iron Mountain's already providing services for your paper storage, tape storage policy center, bringing the staffing on is the most logical thing that you could do because it's just a simple extension of what you're already using. Also, because I'm Iron Mountain, I have excellent contacts inside my own company, so sometimes I'm able to find out additional information or get extra things done that I may need to be done because I'm Iron Mountain.

Bill Morey:
The proven track record. A lot of that is based on the fact that you have delivered what's been promised, your systems have been reliable, you're enforcing basic things like disposition controls to your records.

Mollie Taggart:
It's that reputation of we are the best records company on the planet. We are the biggest records company on the planet. Iron Mountain brings that and they bring that experience when they're placing staff and outsourced positions.

Bill Morey:
In many cases, I point out the invaluable nature of the tenure of how long Iron Mountain has been embedded, and they really, in many ways, have been the backbone and the heart and soul of our program, keeping that afloat and building that credibility over many years.

Mollie Taggart:
Generally, people don't even know we're Iron Mountain, although that's in our email signature. We fit so seamlessly with the program and with the company that sometimes people are surprised.

Bill Morey:
I can say openly and honestly that the program here, which is founded on the Iron Mountain services and people, is one of the best in the world.

Mollie Taggart:
