New Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

If you are an existing customer and wish to execute the new EU/UK/Swiss SCCs with Iron Mountain, please download these pre-signed new SCCs. In addition to the standard contractual clauses, Iron Mountain’s SCCs include the description of the personal data transferred during the provision of our services as well as the description of the applicable privacy safeguards and security controls. Privacy is integral to our business

We conduct our business and develop services with privacy and security in mind. We collect limited personal data and use it only for legitimate business purposes. Our Privacy Notice informs about our commitments and privacy practices. We may also process personal data on behalf of our customers, as necessary to provide our services, and in-line with our contractual terms and conditions.
