The Pre-Commit offering empowers you to immediately utilise "at risk" budgets to fast-track your digital transformation. By pre-committing, you gain:

• A procurement model that fits within your standard IT procurement model.
• A dedicated fund pool to easily procure any current or future digital offering.
• The ability to retire Cloud Commit and include Iron Mountain as part of your cloud bill and simplify procurement process when purchased through Cloud MarketPlaces (AWS, Google Cloud & MS Azure).

You can leverage the Iron Mountain Pre-Commit Program only for the digital offerings at Iron Mountain. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digitization services & Indexing
• InSight DXP software
• Iron Mountain Consumption Units

You pay the Pre-Committed amount upfront, typically with a net 30 term. You then have an expiration period (1 year) to utilize the funds for Iron Mountain Digital Software and services offerings. Any remaining balance not used within that term will be forfeited.

The Iron Mountain Pre-Commit program can be purchased in two different ways:

1. Directly to your organization.
2. Through a marketplace with our key cloud partners: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. It can be transacted on Cloud Marketplaces via "Private Offer".
