Contract for Document Destruction Services

The State of North Carolina and Iron Mountain Government Solutions (IMGS) have developed a partnership to improve the disposal of end-of-life IT assets, public records and sensitive documents across the state.

Statewide Term Contract 7612A - Document Destruction Services provides state agencies, county and municipal governments, and public school districts with favorable, negotiated rates for secure IT asset disposition (ITAD), and secure shredding services - the critical, final phase in the records management lifecycle. Records and data eligible for destruction often reside on IT devices. Improperly disposing of sensitive information, no matter where it resides, can have costly consequences.

  • Enhance your information destruction program with certificates of destruction
  • Gain tighter control over your processes and information security
  • Remain in compliance with pertinent regulations governing information destruction

Security, Sustainability

Our destruction services also support a sustainable circular economy by recycling IT assets and paper products without compromising data.
